Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all products enrolled in during your membership, effective at the end of your billing period. Should you decide to re-subscribe, your billing date will reset to the day of payment. If your subscription is managed through a third-party account, you may need to cancel via that third party.

Responsibility

• If you do not want your Membership to automatically renew after the current annual period, you must notify us in writing at least three months in advance to avoid incurring the Annual Fee for the subsequent Annual Period.
• You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, the Annual Fee remains payable for the remainder of the current annual period, and no refund will be issued for any Annual Fee already paid.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services at any time with valid reason. For instance, if mutual trust and confidence between you and us are lost, or if continuation could adversely affect our business, its operations, reputation, or goodwill.
• Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Company's trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. You are not permitted to use any of the Company's trademarks, including Certified, on any platform, document, or other materials following termination, and you must ensure that any third parties marketing on your behalf also comply with this provision.
